My road to healing
In my day job, I am a board-certified physician servicing the uninsured and underinsured women of San Diego. I found myself feeling burned out. My own struggle with stress control turned me on to yoga and meditation. From there, I was able to explore different types of healing other than what Western Medicine had to offer. By becoming a yoga teacher, certified crystal healer and Reiki practitioner, I feel like I have a unique opportunity to help others.

CHAKRA BALANCING
CRYSTAL HEALING
Sometimes the challenges we are experiencing can be rooted in stagnant or overactive flows of energy. By working with the pendulum I can provide insight into these energy imbalances and realign them.
REIKI
We will begin with a basic chakra balancing. I will also use Reiki energy to help you through specific issues you may be experiencing and some that you might not be sure about. We will use crystals and aromatherapy. This session takes about an hour.
REIKI-NIDRA
Put it all together. After entering a yogic sleep state, I will perform a Reiki healing that incorporates crystal energy. This session takes about 75 minutes.
YOGA PRIVATES
Choose 60-75minutes of Vinyasa flow, Yoga Nidra or a blend of both!
